By confirming a booking with Rollhaus Studio, you agree to the following terms.

1. Reservations- All sessions at Rollhaus are reservation-based.

Bookings must be made through our official booking page and are confirmed only once payment and confirmation are completed.

2. Arrival Time- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session.

Sessions start and end at the reserved time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter shoot as we need to stay on schedule for the next guests.

3. Session Duration- Each booking includes a fixed studio time slot.

To keep things running smoothly for everyone, sessions cannot be extended. The shoot will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time.

4. Group Size- Rollhaus has no pax limit as long as everyone can comfortably fit inside the frame and studio space. Guests are responsible for ensuring their group can be safely accommodated.

5. Pets

• The first two pets join the shoot for free

• Additional pets may incur an extra fee (₱ 150)

• Pets must remain supervised at all times

• Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets

6. Studio Care- Guests are expected to respect the studio space, equipment, and props. Any damaged equipment, backdrops, furniture, or studio elements may incur repair or replacement fees.

7. Photo Delivery- All digital photos taken during your session will be provided within 24 hours after the shoot. Delivery times may vary depending on the studio workload.

8. Printing- Guests may choose photos for printing depending on the package booked. Additional prints may be purchased at the studio.

9. Rescheduling- Bookings may be rescheduled within 72 hours (3 days) of the original session via the welcome email you will receive after booking your slot.

10. No Shows- Failure to arrive for your scheduled session without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of your booking.

11. Safety & Conduct- Rollhaus reserves the right to refuse service if behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or damaging to the studio environment.

12. Force Majeure- Rollhaus Studio will not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, government restrictions, and other unforeseen events.

In such cases, bookings may be rescheduled to another available date.
